My name is Ashton, and I enjoy creating tattoos with influence from traditional, Japanese, and blackwork/stipple styles- but with my own personal flare. I do most of my work directly in my sketchbook with micron pen and colored pencil for color, sometimes updating or editing bits digitally. All designs I only tattoo once, but will do some designs in a color version and a black and grey version- never the same tattoo twice for you to have your own personal piece! If a flash piece you like has already been tattooed, just ask and I can always draw up something for you with a similar vibe, but unique for you!
I began my tattooing journey in 2020, and finished my apprenticeship in 2021, having been drawing and creating art since early childhood. I took some hiatuses from the craft before returning with Angels in Spring of 2025. All tattoo work shown is current.
As a birder and former marine biology student, my favorite things to tattoo are birds, fish, and other things inspired by nature and negative space. I like to sit and draw whatever comes to mind in the moment!
As for pricing, my original flash is typically between $200-$350. A few full-color flash pieces might fall a little higher. For custom work, it tends to fall at about $100 an hour. Please feel free to ask about a design if you have a budget in mind, and I can try and accommodate that piece for your budget!
